Present: \[not listed\] rd Orville Bernard appeared and deposited check for $51.25 as his share of damages of 3 cartway granted him on Apr. 5, 1938. The petition for A. Blais for Board consent to sell non intoxicating malt liquor at his place near Dayton. Port was received, considered and recommended to County Board favorably.
