Mayor Duitsman called the Executive Session of the City Council to order at 6:05 p.m.
Dayle Nolan explained that the Executive Session was being held pursuant to Minnesota
Statute 471.705Id(e) relating to attorney client privileges. The subject discussed at this
meeting related to a Police Depadment personnel issue.
COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION.
COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
The Executive Session of the City Council adjourned at ? p.m.
