ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
February 24, 1940
Board of Town of Elk River met in special session to view road on petition of Eva Hahn at
10.15 A.M., at site of proposed Cartway then adjourned to Court-house for discussion and decided
to bring it up at the regular meeting for organization March. 16 as Mr. Cairnes and Mr Robbins
asked to have road changed to the North side of Sec. line, and as Mr Hahn was sick and could not
be present the hearing was adjourned until Mar. 16 at 11 oclock A.M.
