Board met at Bank of Elk River as Board of Organization with all members present.

E.G. Palmer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $2000.00 with Erwin Specht and
Everette Rathbun as sureties for Treas. two yrs.
H.R. Moyer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $500.00 with L.G. Lamm and
T.W. McMillan as sureties for assessor for 2 yrs.

Bernard Hartfelder appeared befor Board in regard to wood for road at Camp Cozy. L.G. Lamm
agreed to let him cut poplar wood to corduroy low place on road no other business board adjourned
