Sellon, Clerk ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING March 15, 1941 Board met at Bank of Elk River as Board of Organization with all members present. Present: \[not listed\] Orville Bernard took oath as supervisor 3 yr. E.G. Palmer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $2000.00 with Erwin Specht and Everette Rathbun as sureties for Treas. two yrs. H.R. Moyer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $500.00 with L.G. Lamm and T.W. McMillan as sureties for assessor for 2 yrs. The following bills were allowed and ordered paid Rev. Fund No 6 F.E. Sellon $11.30 No 7 Oscar Engstrom 6.00 No 8 L.G. Sellon as Clerk was received and accepted and Kenneth E. Sellon was appointed to fill bal of term of one year. Bernard Hartfelder appeared befor Board in regard to wood for road at Camp Cozy. L.G. Lamm agreed to let him cut poplar wood to corduroy low place on road no other business board adjourned F.E. Sellon Clerk
