ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 20, 1941
The Board of Elk River Twp. met in special session to view the cartway proposed by the petition of
J.H. Chase. Louis Hinz, as representative of the Herman Hinz estate, and J.H. Chase were present.
The site of the proposed cartway was viewed and damages to the property of the Herman Hinz
estate set at $25 for 80 sq. rods of land.
Motion was then made and carried that petition be tabled until next regular Board meeting on

July 5, 1941.
