Action Requested
Interview Paula Bernard to serve as a residential customer representative on the Energy City
Commission.
If appointed, Ms. Bernard's term would begin immediately and expire February 28, 2019.
Background/Discussion
The Energy City Commission has one vacancy for a commercial/residential customer representative.
The commercial/residential representatives must receive at least one city service — water, sewer, trash
collection, or electric delivery. Ms. Bernard meets this requirement.
This position has been vacant for quite some time and advertised per the Board/Commission Policy.
