The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Salina Salon & Day Spa located at 19262 Freeport Street.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Claudia Etheridge contingent
upon the applicant successfully clearing the background check and submitting all the proper
documents.
