Action Requested
Adopt, by motion, an ordinance assigning new street addresses for the Properties identified as PID# 75-
108-2200 and 75-776-0405.
Background/Discussion
It has come to the attention of the city per Minnesota Statute §412.221, subd. 18, a change of address or
designating an address must be done by ordinance.
The property identified as 75-108-2200 has an incorrect street designation and the property is being sold.
The city is taking advantage of the change in ownership to complete the address change.
The property identified as 75-776-0405 has an address of 17810 Lincoln Street but is located south of the

178 Avenue. Because the property is in the 177 block, the property should have a 177xx address.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Addresses
for the Properties Identified as PID# 75-108-2200 and 75-776-0405
of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Property identified as PID# 75-108-2200, and currently assigned the street
address of 13410 221st Avenue in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street address of
22118 Elk Lake Road.
SECTION 3. That the Property identified as PID# 75-776-0405, and currently assigned the street
address of 17810 Lincoln Street NW in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street
address of 17760 Lincoln Street NW.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
