1.Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Toth.
2.Closed Meeting Ï Orono Conference Room
The HRA held a closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3) (the ÑActÒ) to
develop or consider offer or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or personal
propertyÒ. The property being discussed was PID#75-401-0105, also known as 326 Gates
Avenue NW, Elk River.

Chair Toth adjourned the meeting at 5:48 p.m.
