Action Requested
Adopt,by motion, an ordinance assigning a new street address for the property identified as PID#75-
776-0405.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-776-0405 has an address of 17810 Lincoln Street but is located south of the
1781h Avenue. Because the property is in the 1771h block, the property should have a 177xx address.
If the address is not changed, the three vacant properties surrounding the subject property would have to
be assigned incorrect addresses also.
The proposed address for the subject parcel is 17760 Lincoln Street NW.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address
for the Property Identified as PID# 75-776-0405
of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Property identified as PID# 75-776-0405, and currently assigned the street
address of 17810 Lincoln Street NW in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street
address of 17760 Lincoln Street NW.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
