SUBJECT: Request for Liquor License for Buffalo Wild
Wings
.
Buffalo Wild Wings have made application for an on-sale liquor and
on-sale Sunday license. It is the intent of the applicant to open a
grill and bar at the location of 670 Freeport Avenue. A conditional
use permit for the site was approved for a class I restaurant and on-
sale liquor in June 1999. The restaurant will be located on the north
end of the theater.
The applicant has completed the liquor application. The
background check fee has been paid and the police department is in
the process of performing the background checks. The liquor license
fee will be paid at the time the restaurant will be opening.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving an on-sale liquor and on-sale Sunday
license for Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. at the location of 670 Freeport
Avenue pending successful background checks.
