SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License Request by
Dennis Froehlich
OTHER BUSINESS - This item will be added to the agenda under
other business.

Dennis Froehlich has made application for a transient merchant
license to sell Florida grapefruit and oranges at Menards parking lot,
19521 Evans St.
Mr. Froehlich has submitted the appropriate application materials,
including permission from Menards Corporate Headquarters and the
license fee. His request is to sell the fruit from a truck from 9:00 -
10:00 a.m. during the following dates: 12/11,1/8,2/5, and 3/4. The
police department is in the process of completing a background
check at this time.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Dennis
Froehlich to sell oranges and grapefruit at Menards in Elk River.
