RE: KLEIN DAMAGE CLAIM
Dear Mr. Klaers:
On Tuesday, November 30, 1999, I talked with Jim Klein regarding the damage claim he
submitted for being out of water during the installation of utilities on the East Elk River
project. Mr. Klein informed me that he has received a check from S. R. Weidema's
insurance carrier. The check was in the full amount of Mr. Klein's claim. It appeared
Mr. Klein was very satisfied with the final resolution of this issue.
