EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 1995
Members Present:
Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Dietz, Scheel, Farber, and
Holmgren
Members Absent:
None
Staff Present:
Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; Terry
Mourer, City Engineer; Peter Beck, City Attorney
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 10:46 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman.
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the City Council on the status of the pending litigation
regarding the Earl Hohlen property. The City Attorney reviewed attorney fees that have
been spent on this litigation to date.
There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE
EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCIL MEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE
MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
The Executive Session of the City Council adjourned at 10:54 p.m.
