EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JUNE 5, 1995

Holmgren

Maurer, City Engineer; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk
1. Call Meetina To Order
The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 8:45 p.m.
by Mayor Duitsman.
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the City Council on the status of the pending
litigation regarding the Earl Hohlen property. The City Attorney advised the
Council that he will keep them informed of the progress of this case.

Adjournment
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN.
COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
The meeting of the Executive Session adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
