EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JUNE 19, 1995
Members Present:
Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Dietz, Scheel and Holmgren
Members Absent:
Councilmember Farber (funeral attendance)

Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; City
Attorney, Peter Beck; Terry Maurer, City Engineer
1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and.notice thereof, the meeting of th~ Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:21 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman.
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the City Council on the status of the pending
litigation regarding the Earl Hohlen property. The City Attorney advised the
Council that he will keep them informed on the progress of this case.

Adiournment
There being no further bLlsiness, COUNCllMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO
ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBfR SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE
MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
The meeting of the Executive Session was adjourned at 9:32 p.m.
