An Ordinance Amending Section, 30-1024, C-3 Highway Commercial District of
the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That � Section 30-1024 (d), C-3 highway commercial district of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows:
(d) Conditional uses. Conditional uses in the C-3 district are as follows:
(28) Commercial Kennel provided the following conditions are met
(a) no long term boarding exceeding 30 days takes Place
(b) no breeding for compensation or sale takes place
(c) the sale of animals shall not take place
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of October, 2017.
