EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL

Call Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River City
Council was called to order at 8:40 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman.
The City Attorney updated the City Council on the progress of the pending
litigation pertaining to the Earl Hohlen case.
COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION.
COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.

The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council adjourned at 8:48 p.m.
