ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 22, 1943
The Board of Elk River Twp. met in special session at the Louis J. Specht home to organize for the
Second War Bond drive.

The township was divided into districts for each member of the Board and plans for the drive were
discussed.
It was voted to invest seven hundred forty ($740) dollars of the Township R & B \[Road and Bridge\]
fund in $1000 Series F War Bond.
No further business Board adjourned.
