The Board of the Twp. of Elk River met in regular session with Orville Bernard present.

Routine business was discussed and also the matter of the road into the cottages at Camp Cozy.
The petition for the road was taken from the table and accepted and the clerk instructed to get a
signed Release of Damages from Carl A. Crusell for a three rod road right of way along the west
side of his land.
