ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 5, 1943
The Town Board of Elk River met in regular session with all members present.
Present: \[not listed\]
Everett Specht and Mrs. Wruck appeared before the Board to make complaints regarding condition
of some roads. The Board agreed to have Lester Roates fix the road for Everett Specht. Complaint
was also made regarding the Bernard-Benson road. Board ordered lettes \[sic\] sent to William
Middlestead, Carl Kreger, and Carl Benson warning them againts \[sic\] turning in the road with
machinery.
Mrs. Carl Crusell appeared before the Board and presented a petition for a road leading into the

Camp Cozy cottages. June 26 was set for the day of the hearing.
