ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
November 6, 1943
The Board of the Twp. of Elk River met with all members present at the regular session at the Court
House in Elk River.

Mr. Nickerson appeared before the Board with survey notes and plat of the Bickford road, which
was to be turnpike by the County maintainer. The matter was discussed and it was agreed to by \[sic\]
one acre of land from Mr. Nickerson so that the road could be straightened. A price of thirty-five
($35.00) was agreed upon.
Mrs. Wruck appeared before the Board to make complaints regarding the condition of the road into
her farm.
