EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY JULY 31, 1995

Administrator, Tom Zerwas, Police Chief; City Attorneys Peter Beck
and Dayle Nolan
1. Call Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. the meeting of the Executive Session of
the Elk River City Council was called to order at 6:24 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman.
City Attorneys Peter Beck and Dale Nolan and Police Chief, Tom Zerwas updated
the City Council on a Police employee personnel issue.

Adiournment
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVEO TO CONTINUE
THE EXECUTIVE SESSION UNTIL AUGUST 7, 1995 AND TAKE NO ACTION ON THE
PERSONNEL ISSUE AT THIS TIME. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE
MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
The meeting of the Executive Session was adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
