10-20-2017 QUORUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Economic Development Authority (EDA),
Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), and the City Council will be visiting Die Concepts,
18521 Line Avenue NW, Elk River, MN, on Friday, October 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. for a Business
Retention visit. A quorum of the EDA, HRA, and City Council may attend the Business Retention
visit, however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the EDA, HRA, and
City Council during the visit.
