EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL

The Executive Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Duitsman at 9:50
p.m.
Pendinq litiqation of Houlton Farms
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of Houlton Farms
in relation to the Western Area assessment. He indicated he is awaiting a trial date
which will be set by the judge.
Pendinq Iitiqation of Hohlen property
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of the Hohlen
property in relation to the Main Street and Highway 169 project.
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN THE
EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE
MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
