EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1994

1. Call Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River City
Council was called to order at 10:00 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman.
2. Consider Pendina Litiaation of Houlton Farms
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of
Houlton Farms in relation to the Western Area Phase I assessments.

Consider Pendina Litiaation of Hohlen Prooerty
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation on the
Hohlen property in relation to the Main Street/Highway 169 improvement project.
4. Adiournment
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
CARRIED 5-0.
The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council was adjourned at 10:31 p.m.
