Action Requested
Adopt, by motion, a resolution approving a premises permit for Elk River Hockey Association.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Youth Hockey Association submitted a new request for a premises permit to conduct
gambling at Buffalo Wild Wings, 778 Freeport Street NW.
The Elk River Youth Hockey Association also holds premises permits for McCoy’s Pub and Sammy’s
Pizza.
Approval should be contingent upon Council adopting the ordinance amendment earlier tonight to allow
one organization up to three premises permits.

WHEREAS,
the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be
issued within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the City Council of the City of Elk

River, Minnesota, as follows the request by the Elk River Youth Hockey Association for a
premises permit at Buffalo Wild Wings, 778 Freeport Street NW, is hereby approved.
