Adopt, by motion, a resolution approving a premises permit for the Elk River Lions Club.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club submitted a new request for a premises permit to conduct gambling at Tipsy
Chicken, 13479 Business Center Drive NW.
The Elk River Lions Club also holds a premises permit for Broadway Bar and Pizza.

the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be
issued within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
