1. Call Meetinq To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. the executive session of the Elk River City
Council was called to order at 9:25 p.m..by Mayor Duitsman.
PendinQ IitiQotion of Hohlen property
City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of the
Hohlen property in relation to the Main Street and Highway 169 project
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN
THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN
SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
The executive meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
