A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving Premises
Permit for Elk River Lions Club
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be
issued within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVE® by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: the request by the Elk River Lions Club for a premises permit
at Tipsy Chicken, 13479 Business Center Drive NW, is hereby approved.
