ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 1, 1944
The Town Board of Elk River met in regular session with Oscar Engstrom absent.

The application of A. Blais for a beer license was approved.
Emil Hoffman appeared before the Board in regard to the petition for a road into his farm. Some
discussion followed but the matter was left tabled.
Miss Nelson, of the County Welfare Board, appeared before the Board with a request from Ramsey
County that they be reimbursed for help granted to a dependent of Elk River Twp. No action was
taken as the amount of help granted was not known.
The following bills were allowed:
