I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Toth.
2. Mississippi Connection Redevelopment
The HRA discussed the HRA's plans to acquire properties in the Main Street and Gates area
for a future redevelopment project.
The Commissioners expressed their desire to move the process along as quickly as possible.
They also discussed their desire to hold a special session to discuss current negotiations with
the property owners.
Ms. Othoudt stated that they will proceed with winterization of 420 Main Street. She stated
the cost would be approximately$200.
3. Adjournment
Chair Toth adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
