EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 1993
Members Present:
Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Scheel, Dietz, Farber,
and Holmgren
Members Absent:
None
Staff Present:
Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Lori Johnson, Finance
Director
Pat Klaers, City Administrator, outlined the Union's most recent request for
the Police Union contract for 1993-94. This most recent request followed
the presentation of the City's proposal in a letter dated April 5, 1993, to
the Union Business Agent, Bob Weisenburger. The City Council provided the
City Administrator with some latitude in resolving the two outstanding
issues relating to court time cancellation and the Wage Incentive Program.
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED
5-0.
The meeting of the Executive Session of the Elk River City Council adjourned
at 9:50 p.m.
