■ The Council is asked to publically recognize Detective Peterson for her 30 years of service to the
community and residents of Elk River.
■ Mayor Dietz is asked to read and present a plaque to Detective Kim Peterson.
Background/Discussion
Kim has served the residents of Elk River and the Elk River Police Department since November 7, 1987.
Since that time she has served as a Patrol Officer, DARE Officer, Corporal,Juvenile Detective and
Criminal Detective
