ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
September 7, 1946
The Board of the Town of Elk River met in regular session with all members present.

The applications of J.D. Finchammer and Chas. Laffin for beer licenses were approved.
R.W. Handke appeared before the Board and asked that the Specht road be repaired so that a school
bus could travel it to pick up school children. After a discussion of the matter it was agreed to ask
the Co. Engineer to make a survey of the road and the clerk was instructed to contact the Carson
Cons’t. Co. in regard to doing the work.
