The Board of the Twp. of Elk River met in regular session with all members present.

Oscar Engstrom and Everett L. Specht reported that they had met with Vic Carson and had viewed
the proposed road repair on the Specht road. Also that Mr. Carson had agreed to do the work,
starting within a few days.
