ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
August 10, 1947
The Board of the Twp. of Elk River met in special session at the Orville Bernard home. All
members were present.
Present: \[not listed\]
The Board viewed the crossing of Trout Brook as requested by Messrs. Johanning and Bade and
agreed to stand the expense of hauling dirt to make a passable crossing.
The Hugo Stuefen road was viewed and found to be dry enough so it would be graded and shaped
up. Oscar Engstrom was appointed to contact J.E. Bloomdahl, Co. Commissioner, and W.E.
Brown, Co. Engineer, in regard to having the work done by the county road patrol.
