The Board of Elk River met for organization with all members present.

Everett L. Specht took oath as Supervisor for three years and Kenneth E. Sellon as Clerk with
A.L. Powell and Earl R. Sellon as bondsmen.
Oscar Engstrom was elected as Chairman for the ensuing year.
