1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the

Duitsman.
4.1. Discussion of Police Union Contract Negotiations
The City Administrator informed the City Council that there has been a
proposal to settle the 1993-94 Police Union Contract. Because it is

the City Administrator recommended a two year contract. He indicated
that past practice has been to negotiate a two year contract and stated
that a two year contract would benefit the City and the Union. The
City Administrator reviewed the proposal with the City Council.
COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1993-94 POLICE UNION CONTRACT
AS OUTLINED IN THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR 4/5/93 AND 5/4/93 MEMOS.
