EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JULY 19, 1993
Members Present:
Vice Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Scheel, Holmgren, and
Farber
Members Absent:
Mayor Duitsman
Staff Present:
Peter Beck, City Attorney; Pat Klaers, City
Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk
River City Council was called to order at 9:07 p.m. by Vice Mayor Dietz.
The City Attorney, Peter Beck, updated the Council on pending litigation of
the Earl Hohlen case involving the Main street/Highway 169 intersection
project, the Bud Houlton case involving the Western Area Improvement
project, and the Thielke case regarding Veteran's Preference.
There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
