EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1992

Attorney, Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; Terry Maurer,
City Engineer
The meeting of the Executive Session was called to order at 10:15 p.m.
The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the Hohlen litigation
pertaining to the condemnation petition for right-of~way needed to upgrade
the Main Street/Trunk Highway 169 intersection.

Beck, City Attorney, reviewed the above matter with the Council.
Beck further informed the Council that the judge has requested three
of people that would serve as condemnation commissioners.

SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION.
TO CLOSE THE EXECUTIVE SESSION.
THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
