Approve,by motion, a special permit allowing extended liquor hours for Super Bowl LII to 54 Inc. dba
Sammy Perrella's Pizza and Restaurant,valid 8:00 a.m., February 2, 2018, through 4:00 a.m., February 5,
2018.
Background/Discussion
The Council adopted ordinance 17-26 on December 4, 2017,providing for special permits allowing
extended hours for on-sale intoxicating/3.2. malt liquor until 4:00 a.m. each day during Super Bowl LII
weekend, February 2— 5, 2018.
Current on-sale intoxicating and 3.2. malt liquor license holders were notified and given a deadline of
January 5 to apply for a special permit. 54 Inc. dba Sammy Perrella's Pizza and Restaurant was the only
establishment to submit an application.
