until June 30, 2018.
Background/Discussion
State law recently changed to allow auto racing facilities to apply for full on-sale intoxicating liquor
licenses. ERX does qualify as an auto racing facility.
Elk River Extreme Motor Park LLC requests an On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License for their facility
located at 21591 US Highway 169.
