Action Requested
Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Elk River Lions Club for February 10,
2018,with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a secured,
controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 years and over.

The Elk River Lions Club applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for Shiver Elk River
scheduled for Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Orono Park.
