This is an informational item. Staff will be prepared to take any direction on Council proposed changes
to the schedule.
Background/Discussion
As the schematic design phase of the project comes to completion, the project team has developed the
attached schedule which details milestones to be met before construction begins in June,2018.
The schedule is built around the critical path,being the Ice Arena,but allows for and includes the design
and relocation of the softball facilities as decisions are made on the precise location and amenities to be
included.
