Resoluticn 18- 05
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $4,556 donation (parts and labor) from J & A
Glass Inc. with the intent it be used by the Fire Department for window replacements at Fire
Station 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend j & A Glass Inc. for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Olsen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen Ovall Westgaard and Wagner
and the following against: None whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
