The town board of the town of Elk River met in regular session with all members present

A bill from Dr Drake in Mpls was presented and ordered paid. A report was made on the hearing on
closing road past John Parent farm. A motion was made by Otto Baufield that said road in question
be declared abandoned. Motion was seconded and carried.
