Designate, by motion, the Star News as the official HRA newspaper for 2018 and the West Sherburne
Tribune and Sherburne Citizen-Tribune newspapers as alternatives.
Background/Discussion
As per HRA Bylaws, the designation of an official newspaper is suggested at the Annual Meeting.
Historically, the Elk River Star News has been the official HRA newspaper. In case of publishing
irregularities, a backup is recommended. The backup newspapers are the West Sherburne Tribune and the
Sherburne Citizen-Tribune.
