ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
February 4, 1956
The town board of Elk River met as usual with all members present.

The matter of calling all residnts \[sic\] of Zones 2, 3, & 4 together at one meeting to discuss the way
they should be classified.* There was some discussion of the road to be built along the pond. The
board decided to talk to Alfred Brown to reach an understanding.
