Members Present: President Tveite, Commissioners Ovall (excused himself from the
meeting at 5:02 p.m.), Provo, Olsen, and Wagner
Members Absent: Commissioners Blesener and Westgaard
Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, Economic
Development Specialist Colleen Eddy, and Recording Secretary

I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by President Tveite.
3. Closed Meeting
President Tveite stated the following:
"The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, subdivision
3(b) to consider offers and counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real
property.The proprety being discussed is PID #75-807-0110."
Commissioner Ovall indicated due to a potential conflict of interest, he would excuse
himself from the closed meeting and left the room.
President Tveite noted the property to be discussed. Discussion was held.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the closed meeting of
the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 5:25 p.m.
